3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the button “Buy now”, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods.
The contract is concluded when the customer receives an order confirmation by email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices stated on the website are final prices in EUR, including applicable taxes (where required by law).

Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed clearly during checkout before the order is finalized.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout

If an item is unavailable, the customer will be informed without delay.

6. Payment

8. Returns and Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal, items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be issued using the original method of payment.

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Statutory warranty rights apply.

In case of obvious defects, customers are encouraged to contact us promptly to allow for a quick resolution.

11. Liability

We shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

For other damages, we shall only be liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.

13. Governing Law

Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
